What a wonderful person Mark Carlson is. I came in, in tears and a nervous wreck, with an engine light on in my car. My husband always took care of these problems, and I didn't know what to do. Mark assured me everything was going to be alright and i'd be on the road in no time at all. Mark was very attentive to me and took care of me like I was his mom. Please recognize this young man for doing more than required for this old lady.

Just recently bought a 2012 CRV from Honda Joliet dealership and could not be any happier. Krystal Smith(internet sales) started things off by being attentive and answering all of my questions about the CRV and the price over e-mail. From there Kurt Holzinger took over the sale. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our car. Suzanne in finance was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave great advice for financing.

Overall, Honda of Joliet is a great place to buy, and service your car!

Joliet IL Customer Raves About Service Department

Excellent people and service!!! Since my move to Joliet about 3 years ago, I’ve been taking my car to Honda of Joliet for service. In the past, I’ve had a certified Honda mechanic to care for the my car. Upon his retirement and my move to Joliet, I was truly fearful of going to a dealership for services due to readings and hearings of high cost for services, poor services, and or scams. But I can honestly say that I’ve only encountered excellent people and services from Honda of Joliet. Last Thursday, I went in for an oil change, lamp replacement (back light), and to have window shield fluid nozzle repaired. Everything got serviced within a fair amount of time.  During my wait, I was informed that there three areas needed to be serviced. After informing the service guy that two of the three problems were previously serviced by the them, I was not charged for those two services. I also received a great discount on the each service performed.  I highly recommend this dealership for any and all services.
